1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using antiwear.store (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or purchase products.

2. Products and Print-on-Demand

Antiwear offers custom-designed apparel through print-on-demand fulfillment. All products are produced after you place your order.

  • Products are printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner Printify using US-based production facilities
  • Antiwear does not hold inventory; each item is made to order
  • Designs feature satirical and commentary-driven artwork
  • Product images are mockups; final printed products may vary slightly in appearance

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe Checkout at the time of purchase.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe
  • Payment is required in full before production begins
  • You will receive an order confirmation after successful payment

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated production and shipping times apply.

  • Shipping cost: $7.95 for one item; free shipping on orders of 2 or more items
  • Typical production and shipping time: 5-7 business days from order placement
  • Production begins after payment is confirmed and cannot be expedited
  • Delays may occur due to high order volume, supply chain issues, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Antiwear is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we have a limited return policy.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, size issues, or buyer's remorse
  • We will replace or refund defective products or items damaged during shipping
  • If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund
  • To report a defect or error, provide photos and your order number
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the claim is verified

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

  • Contact us immediately after placing an order if you wish to cancel
  • Cancellations are processed on a best-effort basis
  • If production has not started, a full refund will be issued

7. Intellectual Property and Use of Designs

All designs, graphics, and content on the Site are owned by Antiwear or used under license. Our designs often feature satirical commentary and parody.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our designs without written permission
  • Purchasing a product grants you the right to wear and personally use the item, but does not transfer any intellectual property rights
  • Our designs are intended for personal, non-commercial use
  • Satire and parody are protected forms of expression; designs are not intended to infringe on trademarks or copyrights

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or our products for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any local, state, national, or international law
  • Harassing, threatening, or defaming others
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Attempting to interfere with the Site's functionality or security

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antiwear and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the seller's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

Antiwear reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
